Returns + Repairs

All charm jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order. Because of the custom nature of these items, all sales are final.

bare metal does not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Repairs may be offered at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for returning the item to bare metal for repair. Once received, we will assess and repair the piece if possible.

Normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Permanent jewelry services are not sold online and are not eligible for returns.
